“Please read this review if you plan on staying here. If it wasn't for the location and relative size, it would have been 1 or 2 stars. Stayed almost 3 weeks. Pros: - Location: hard to beat a mile to las olas and a mile to the beach and very walkable - Spacious Cons: - Looks can be deceiving. A little run down but not a reason not to stay for a short period - THE AC DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY. We read previous reviews, asked to confirm the AC had been fixed, and we had issues almost every day. Walked in on day one and it was a sauna. Goes from 62 degrees (still feeling like 72) to 78 without touching anything. Summer would for sure be a no go - While team was responsive, we wasted 2 days for the technicians to come and try to fix the system. A first thing in the morning service does not mean 5pm arrival. Wasted a couple days of our trip. - Dishwasher and laundry machines are usable, but not the best - Steam shower stopped functioning after 2 uses, a drawer broke upon using on day one”

“Our stay was a mixed experience. We stayed for 4 nights, the neighborhood was nice, and the unit was small but equipped with a kitchen and bathroom as expected. The host was relatively responsive, however we encountered lots of issues. 2 of us stayed there and the place was not set up for us, we arrived with 1 towel, drinking glass, etc. The unit was outdated with random spackling splotches on the walls unpainted, the cabinets that were old and peeling, and we had a hard time getting the shower to work well. Additionally, there were ants on the nightstands, dirt and hair in the corners of the room, and food-residue on the utensils and bowls in the cabinets. We communicated this to the host, and the host did deliver wine and drink glasses, however the food, dirt, and ants never got resolved. There was also a smell of mildew in the place. It was not a ideal stay, however, if you're only staying for a night or two and plan to eat out it might be a fit.”
