“The home was quiet, comfortable, and matched the description. The only concerns were communication and guest coordination: questions to the property management company were answered politely but not always followed up on, and service technicians occasionally arrived without advance notice. Clearer communication, prior notification of maintenance visits, and a guest guide would have improved the experience. Overall, we enjoyed the property and had a pleasant stay, though communication and coordination could be better.”

“My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! The place was very spacious, clean, and had almost every amenities you would need! It truly felt like a getaway! The parking space is limited but very spacious on the inside of the home. This is the place to be at for your next trip!”

“Close to the beach and restaurants in Fort Lauderdale. I was there for the Miami Formula 1 race and it was 20 minutes away from the Hardrock Hotel where the F1 shuttle buses (that take you to the circuit) are located. The pool was nice and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our trip. It's a very conveniently located house, if you are visiting Fort Lauderdale.”

“This house might’ve been one of the cleanest and nicest airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in!! The house had everything you could possibly need plus some. They even accommodated an early check in (with a fee). The only thing was the response time took long from the hosts majority of the time. All in all I would most definitely stay here again& recommend it to anyone who is looking!!”

I have left some notes for the host on suggestions for the future, but we found it to be spacious for the two of us and enjoyed how private it was (although the listing said the pool was private, and it was shared). With a little bit of maintenance this could be even better.”
