“Great location, and having parking directly in front of the unit was a big plus. The building is older, with exterior stairs up to the unit and no elevator, so keep that in mind if mobility or luggage is a concern. The furniture showed some wear, and the kitchen was very minimally stocked with cookware, utensils, and glassware. The bathroom was also fairly bare-bones. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked very well, there was plenty of hot water, and the on-site laundry room behind the building was convenient and inexpensive ($1.50 wash / $1.00 dryer). Overall, a good value if your priorities are beach access and included parking in Fort Lauderdale.”

“What is stated in the description does not match what is actually provided. The listing mentions 2 beds, but in reality it is 1 bed and a sofa. We also asked for the AC to be checked because it was not working properly, and he said it was functioning correctly without even checking it.”
