“The place is not as it looks at the photo. In the photos make the impression that the apt is new but it is actually very old apt and not well maintained. Also I didn't sleep for 7 days as the airconditioning make a tractor noice. I asked what to do with the noice and the answer was "this is normal" I asked for refund as I couldn't sleep with this crazy noice but the landlord says. Sorry no refund. I just want to worn you. Becareful if you ever consider of taking this place. There is no fair game and no help if anything go wrong.”

“The property hasn’t been maintained well. There were lizards inside my room, the remote was missing cover and did not work, fire alarm was missing from the ceiling which is an unsafe stay overall.”

“As I stated in my review thus far, the place, it’s location, it’s cleanliness, everything about this place was exactly described. I would love to stay at this property again. However, on check in, I had a plumbing issue. The very first time I flushed the toilet it sprung a leak, and sprayed water fiercely. I wasted the first day of my vacation, trying to catching as much water as possible in a cup, and kept emptying it out so that the bathroom, and the apartment, would not flood, while I waited for the plumber to arrive. I used towels to stop up as much water as possible. This was an emergency situation! The plumber came eventually, and fixed the issue. However, he had to come a second time because the toilet still didn’t work effectively. The owner responded with: “our team responded promptly and made every effort to resolve the issue.” “In addition to addressing the problem, we also provided extra towels for your comfort, and our team was available to assist you on Sunday.””

“The room I stayed in had bed bugs in the headboard. Unit 4 in the property. Refund issued by Airbnb but totally disgusting and raises massive questions about cleanliness and how much attention the owner is paying to the rooms and property.”

“What is stated in the description does not match what is actually provided. The listing mentions 2 beds, but in reality it is 1 bed and a sofa. We also asked for the AC to be checked because it was not working properly, and he said it was functioning correctly without even checking it.”

“Nous avons été extrêmement déçues par ce logement. Bien que l'emplacement était idéale, l'air climatisé faisait un bruit épouvantable et ne refroidissait pas du tout la pièce qui est très petite. Le concierge est venu jeter un coup d'oeil et nous a dit qu'il n'y avait rien à faire. Nous n'avons pas dormi de la nuit la première nuit. La deuxième nuit, nous avons entendu les ébats sexuels de la chambre d'à côté (bruits de gémissements, lit qui frappe au mur, etc.) en continu, de 2h à 5h30. C'était franchement dégoûtant. Nous entendions même les gens parler et même chuchoter lorsqu'il était dans le lit. Nous comprenons que l'hôte n'est pas responsable du comportement des clients, mais le mur mitoyen est fait en papier carton. Ça n'a aucun sens! Nous avons passé la troisième nuit ailleurs; il était impossible de dormir dans ce logement. L'hôte n'a absolument rien fait pour nous dédommager. Très insatisfaite!”

“The location is great and surround neighborhood is nice and safe. this unit is in need of some major maintenance. Before we booked we thought pictures were basic so maybe would be ok. We did ask if previous problems had been resolved from other reviews…and were told yes, but it’s a no. The couches are stained the paint is chipped everywhere, ac didnt work, ceiling fan didnt work. Again the location and surrounding houses are amazing very quiet neighborhood and proximity to bars you cant beat, just feels like you’re staying in a previous fraternity condo. If it just gets some maintenance and improvements it would be great. It was not dirty it was clean but very ran down.”
