“This is a beautiful home. It was very clean and peaceful. Great for a family get away. There is so much to keep you entertained on site. There were minor flaws but overall it was a very nice stay. I would highly recommend.”

“Pros : Friends and I came to Fort Lauderdale for a vacation, the cottage was very homey, clean, and an easy to rest in. There was privacy from the neighbors and the backyard was big enough to enjoy games and hangout. The amenities were all filled with convenient supplies, saving us trips to the store. Cons: Not being native to Florida the iguanas were cool to look at although after a while it started being apparent they are pests. The hot tub also was also disappointing when it would not come up to hottub temperature. When we tried to heat it up it would not work. Overall it was a great experience. I would recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet area and a place to relax. Thanks!”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the home to be beautiful, comfortable, and very clean inside. The internet worked well throughout our stay, and the property provided a pleasant environment for our group. However, a few issues affected our experience. The pool was not in the condition we expected upon arrival. We reported it, and service was arranged, but it never became fully clean during our stay. With only two days remaining, we did not feel it was worthwhile to report it again. We also had problems with the front door lock at the beginning of our stay and had to wait for repairs. In addition, landscaping maintenance took place one afternoon while the property was occupied, waking a guest who was resting. When a home is booked well in advance, guests expect everything to be ready upon arrival. While we appreciate the efforts to address these issues, it was disappointing to spend part of our vacation dealing with matters that ideally should have been resolved beforehand.”
