Vacasa in Flagler Beach, Florida

“The house was a great space for our large group of 16. Loved that you could walk right out to the beach. The stairs to the beach need to be fixed at the bottom since it appears there was a washout of sand and a broken step or 2. This made it difficult for some of the older people in our group but loved that the walkway went out so far with benches to sit on. We would definitely return again because we felt we were on our own private beach. Also having 2 kitchens helped with preparing food for everyone”

“Overall, an enjoyable stay but had some issues that are easily fixable that would quickly level this up to a top notch experience. Pros: location, spacious, great view Cons: the entry instructions were lengthy and unclear. Involved a door code, a lock box with keys to give access to more keys. There was only one “gold” key which is needed to enter/exit the building and to use the pool, beach gate, etc. With multiple adults it was not possible for each to do different things without calling another to let them in/out of a gate or door. One got locked out of the building for a time because the gold key was with another and the front building keypad was broken for the day. Other issues: the kitchen could use a deep clean of the cabinets and contents. The door to the balcony did not lock which added stress with small kids. A lone traveler would not be able to park in the garage as you need to press a button from inside the garage in order to open it. One garage door is out of order.”

“Condo was great, very quiet, wonderful views and sounds of the ocean. Older condo in an area still recovering from some hurricane damage but we'd definitely return! The residents were all very kind and polite. Not a 'kid place' to do cannon balls in the pool. Great for older teens and adults.”
