“Twin beds need new mattresses and the hand rail on the steps to the beach needs repair as one person cut their arm. The location was awesome. They only supplied one towel, wash rag, and hand towel per person for a whole week. Overall we had a great stay.”

“Our stay at Cozy Cottage was wonderful. The photos were very accurate but didn’t do justice to the view. We were right ON the beach. Such a relaxing beautiful time. Very quiet but still close enough to restaurants and shopping. The only thing is even though they told us of steps, there were alot of steps for my mother. But then the view made up for that. Would recommend.”

“I rented the house for Spring Break with my family and we loved staying there. The house has an amazing view of the ocean and is very high end with exceptional design overall vibe. The private beach a short walk across the street is beautiful and uncrowded we had fun hanging on the beach and getting some sun. The home is close to Flagler beach where we enjoyed the restaurants, especially “next door” restaurant. We also resented surfboards and kayaks in Flagler and palm beach. Flagler is a very charming place and this home. We have rented homes in CA, NC and many other areas and it is the best one we have we have stayed in hand down. It would be nice to have propane for the BBQ which we don’t end up using and a fire pit in back but other than that I highly recommend the beach house and would love to return!”
