“Dirty towels, dirty pillowcases, broken blinds in main bedroom from last guests not fixed until last night of trip. Confusion from their own employees on the description of airbnb regarding the twin sleeper causing us to book a rollaway which wasn’t needed. Beds were quite hard. Location is great if you want to be in South Beach as well as the amenities at the W. Would suggest booking direct with W though.”

“They gave me the wrong room and were unresponsive. They would not reply to messages. I called multiple times. An operator took my message and said that someone would call me back. Nobody ever called me back. I was placed in a different condo than the one I booked within the 1 hotel during my stay. Still have yet to even be contacted by the host.”
