“Lots of space. There were four of us and the space downstairs provided privacy for both couples. It did get a little warm the first night but we figured out the thermostat and it was perfect after that. Andrew was extremely responsive and kind.”

“This was our first time at Amelia Island and this place was the perfect spot. Quiet area just 5 blocks to the beach. A short drive to everything else. Place was perfect for a couple. Probably too small for more than 2 people (only 2 seats for eating at kitchen Island/peninsula). Highly recommend.”
