“We had a wonderful stay here with my family of 6. The resort itself is beautiful and shaded but this place was clean and gorgeous which made our stay even better. All amenities were provided and clear directions were posted. The resort was a little confusing to maneuver through but the owners directions were very thorough. The beach is a good walk so I suggest renting a golf cart.”

Communication was easy, although there was really nothing we needed that wasn’t already there. Would definitely rent from First Coast again.”

“We were very comfortable in the Courtside villa; the unit was very well stocked. The check-in instructions were thorough and helpful. It was so convenient to have our dog there. We enjoyed the ten-minute walk to the beach. Be aware there are two sets of steps up to the door to the unit, which we didn't mind (but might be a consideration if you need something ground-level). We would stay again!”
