“We highly recommend this rental! It was comfortable and so clean, with spectacular views! The beds are great, with very comfortable mattresses, and the couches in the living area are cozy with plenty of space to relax. We enjoyed both balconies and were thankful to have a large dining table that fit our whole family. The walk to the beach is short and very beautiful, and the pool area is gorgeous. The air conditioning in the unit works great! The elevator was easy to find - right in the middle of the building. And there was a luggage cart, a nice perk. Overall a fantastic stay!!”

“We had such a wonderful time at Jay’s place. The location could not have been better for us. We walked to all the shops and restaurants on the Omni grounds. The beach is just across the street with a gorgeous beach access path. A shady trail under the beautiful mature oak canopy was also a highlight for us and our pup. We loved being in a convenient location to explore the island and the surroundings. It wasn’t too far to get to downtown Fernandina easily, but we also could head south and explore other beaches along the coast. I would highly recommend this to anybody visiting Amelia Island. I hope to go back someday.”
