“Bonnet creek was awesome!!”

“The concierge and the rest of the staff had minimal knowledge about the surrounding area. The room appeared to look “clean” upon entry and then soon noticed it had mold on the base boards, thick black mold and dead centipedes in the track of the sliding glass door, room was not cleaned or given fresh towels daily and it smelled like mold/grey water after the first day. The toilet was running and not fixed when notified of the problem, soap scum in the shower and the shower door didn’t close all the way. They charged for WiFi at the daily rate of $20, when the posting made it appear as if WiFi was included. The facility did not look like the picture at all, they indicated that the bed was a queen and not the hideaway full-size bed that it actually was. Will never stay here again and 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND!”

“We always love staying at Wyndham Palm aire. We are not a fan of the check in process. They want you to do timeshare tours. Also, our main issue was the elevator in the Fountains building was not working our entire stay which was 5 nights. We had to Walk around the building to the service elevator.”
