“A really great spacious house in a nice neighbourhood with great neighbourhood facilities. The eating, drinking and cooking facilities are rather tired and limited, would benefit from new knives, pans, drinking glasses. Also only seating for seven at the dining table to be aware for larger parties.”

“My family booked this place for a week, and we thought it would be perfect for our large family. It had the right amount of bedrooms needed and the main amenity we were looking for was a private pool. This home had this listed. However when we arrived, we went to check the home and pool and realized that the pool was visibly dirty, wads of hair in the pool and a pair of goggles were in the bottom of the pool. I reached out to the host on our arrival day Sunday, and was told that the pool was cleaned two days prior to our arrival(Friday) and that they only clean it once a week. But the pool was not clean. We sent photos to the host showing the dirty pool, and were told that he would call to have someone come remove the goggles but not to clean the pool. After staying all week, with not being able to use the pool, someone showed up the night prior to us leaving therefore we did not have access to the pool the whole week. We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED and will be addressing this further.”
