Exclusive 30A reviews in Florida

“Our stay here was incredible! Easy beach and pool access, great location, and the house felt like a cozy home away from home!”

“We had such an incredible stay at this location. We are consistent customers and visitors of 30A and this was our favorite place to stay! So private, so accessible and so accommodating. Great for kids - easy walk to the beach. Will stay again!”

“Great place right on the beach. 6 chairs and 3 umbrellas setup each day for you. Nice, clean property in a great location. Hosts were very responsive. Highly recommend!”

“Absolutely wonderful I can’t wait to go back. I can’t say enough about how perfect the location was, as well as the set up of the home. It’s the closest condo to the beach. So clean so spacious, great parking. Security is really on their game as well!”

“Beautiful spot to stay at by the beach!”
