Exclusive 30A in Florida

“We've stayed many places along the gulf from Orange Beach to Cape San Blas. 30A didn't disappoint! I think our favorite thing about this rental was the quick and EASY walk to the beach. Only took two minutes! There are several stairs at the beach access, so keep that in mind if stairs aren't your thing. The home had bikes, beach wagons, chairs, umbrella - everything we needed! The home itself was super clean and comfortable. The kitchen had lots of pans/utensils and even a few fun things like an air fryer. And Publix is just a quick drive away - super convenient! I wasn't sure how I was going to like the bed - it's kind of tall but it's a beautiful bed. A little creaky from the wooden frame but we never slept so well as we did all week long. The soaking tub in the bath was a big plus too. The only negative was the pool. It's pretty but sits right below some trees that shed leaves and fuzzies all week. Made the pool way too dirty to swim in. Overall though, it was a great place to stay!”

“Absolutely loved our stay in Santa Rosa Beach! The house was immaculate—super clean, spacious, and so well kept. The location was amazing, just a quick 2-minute walk to the beach which made everything so easy. Having the private pool was such a bonus, and the 6-seater golf cart was a game changer for getting around. The kids were obsessed with the bunk room—it was definitely a highlight for them! Such a perfect spot for a family vacation, and we’d absolutely stay here again.”

“Enough room for everyone! Loved the 3 floors, allowed for privacy for everyone. Stocked kitchen, beautiful view from the third floor, very short walk to two beach accesses and the easiest walk to Seaside. Our group loved it and would love to stay again!”
