“Worth the price for an amazing view of the Pensacola Bay and the gulf/beach. Very accessible to the beach. Spacious unit. My only comment is the unit needs some updating and the kitchen and bathroom need exhaust fans. However, experience was amazing.”

“What a great place to stay, quiet neighborhood and a 2 minute walk to a beach that only the residences go there. 5 minute car ride gets you right to Pensacola Beach, where all the restaurants and stores are. There is a small local market that sells some food and liquor. Like any where on Pensacola Beach you have to take stairs to get to the condo. There are 2 floors, kitchen, living room, and half bath on the 1st floor and 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the 2nd. Each bedroom and the living room have patios that you can sit and relax. The master bedroom overlooks the lake. On the ground floor there is a private shower. The kitchen was stocked well with cookware. The frig was full size with a working water dispenser and ice maker. Filter was current. Huge plus for us. No food items are available, you must bring your own. Which was fine with us. There is a washer and dryer. The washer smelled a little musty, from people not leaving the door open. Overall we loved it and will be back.”
