“Avoid this host at all costs! This was the worst stay I've ever had. The host flat-out refused a refund even though the entire area was under a hurricane alert, showing zero concern for our safety. The apartment reeked of stains and a foul smell, and the door handle kept falling apart. On top of that, the host went silent for days and wouldn't even confirm our reservation. Careless, unresponsive, and unwilling to take responsibility. 0 out of 10. Don't waste your money. Book literally anywhere else.”

“I would be very hesitant to rent from this company again. They’re using AirBnB to run their business. Thankfully Airbnb has very thoughtful and persistent staff. It was Airbnb who cleared up the issue with the already paid pet deposit and it was Airbnb who did the follow up later in the weekend to make sure everything was OK.”

“Nice place, good location. Unfortunately the parking space is not marked so was very difficult to find. They also don’t provide literally anything except hotel style soap. The coffee table is also broken so it was giving the vibe that this is just a large property management company that isn’t concerned by how comfortable the place is. We stayed next door last year and they had a closet full of beach gear to use as well as basic amenities like salt and pepper etc. but this unit was bare bones. Other than that, the location is perfect and the place is very nice.”

“Fantastic for being close to the beach. The outside porches have been kept up and redone. Fans work great and lots lighting and seating. Pool was clean and wonderful to have. Enjoyed the backyard very much!”
