“The overall setup in which the property manager and the on-site facility and security management is two different sources makes things slightly more complicated but carefully reading the various instructions made the trip a success. The quality of the facility made up for any complexity getting in and out. The indoor parking out of the baking sun was a huge plus. The facility and the beach area are well East of the downtown crush, so it was very quiet and nice!”

“This house is in a very private neighborhood cul de sac. The very private beach access is a short walk to public access like a hidden gem 💎 We had a few minor request that were fulfilled by Laura with prompt response.”

“The condo was in an exceptional location, walk to many restaurants and bars, the pier, beautiful beaches. It was very clean, and beautiful veiw. Not equipped with any beach stuff. No beach towels, one beach chair that someone probably left. So unless you get up early and get a rental on the beach, bring beach stuff. Kitchen is bare so don't expect any salt and pepper or anything. The water was out for hours but the rental company was amazing and kept us informed. I was very impressed with Paradise Beach Homes.”
