“Very nice beach house rental. Very cool architecture and decorations. Great use of space. A/C was strong. Outdoor area awesome. Beautiful pool.”

“The place was great! We had 7 individuals stay here. Plenty of room for everyone. Very Clean. Plenty of Linens, Bath towels, & Pillows. Pool was clean & great place to gather. Outdoor area under deck with seating and tv was a favorite. Laundry area is directly ahead of the 1st floor door conveniently located. Quite and safe neighborhood. Escambia Sherrif patrols frequently. Very close walk to the Bay Side public easement & to Baby Beach. Easy quick walk to the beach on the gulf side. Able to walk to the Pensacola Boardwalk and restaurants. Kitchen can be a bit tight as it is a galley style, & the main walk through area on the upper floor from the living rm to the rest of the house (unless you go outside). Overall a Wonderful place to stay. Would recommend & stay here again!”
