“Had a great couple days stay here and it did not disappoint! Beautiful views and peaceful surroundings.”

“The location is great, and the place was exactly as described and shown in the listing. Overall, the unit itself was nice and met expectations. The main drawback was the communication. During the stay, it often took anywhere from 5–12 hours to receive responses to questions. We also were not given the unit number before arrival and had to wait outside for about and hour before getting a reply. The check-in email stated that the pool and beach access codes would be sent before arrival, but we did not receive them until hours later and only after multiple calls and follow-ups. One thing to keep in mind is that you are dealing with a rental management company rather than an individual host, so communication felt less personal and response times were slower than expected.”

“Our stay was disappointing due to multiple maintenance and cleanliness issues that significantly impacted the experience. The unit had a strong musty smell throughout the stay, and the AC was broken or not functioning properly, making the space uncomfortable. Several amenities also appeared poorly maintained, and overall the condition of the property did not match the expectations set by the listing photos and description. We contacted the property management company during the stay, and while they acknowledged the issues, the problems were not meaningfully addressed or resolved. Despite multiple communications, the conditions continued to negatively impact our stay. Unfortunately, the property appeared poorly maintained and did not provide a comfortable experience for guests. I would recommend future guests confirm that the maintenance concerns, especially the AC and odor issues, have been fully resolved before booking.”

“The condo was difficult to find on the property. There wasn’t any signage telling us which buildings were where. Then we didn’t know where the condo was located inside building E. Once we figured it out it was OK, but just really rough the first time!”
