“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING FOR MY HS PLAYERS AND I THAT STAYED HERE”

“So many issues. Worst Airbnb experience. The first thing we find is two button batteries on top of the slide platform in the kids' room! Possible poison/choking issue! How could this have been missed?! Box of Nicorette gum and THCP bottle on shelf right next to kids' games/books in the living room! Possible poison issue! Canister of DampRid on side table in living room. Easily within reach of a child! Wires reachable in bookcase in living room. Right next to toys. Possible kid injury! Slide in kids room has no railing on the platform. Fall risk. BBQ grill igniter doesn’t work. 3 active wasp nests- top balcony. FOUR days to get removed! Ice maker didn't work. Previous guest's toenail stuck in wife's foot while walking on the living room rug! Not vacuumed, obviously! WIFI didn't work for 2 days. Pans in unusable condition. Ice Maker broken. All dishes were dirty. Host tried to remedy some things but took too long, after several repeated requests. We left it better than we found it.”

“Steven’s place was ok. It was a nice location but he needs to work on a few things. He should check behind his cleaning staff and set the air before guests arrive especially in Florida weather. He also needs to get a better starter kit. 1 roll of paper towels and 2 trash bags when you know the party is large is kind of insane. Overall I’ll give it a 7/10.”

“The house itself is in a great location, great size for our group and well equipped. We did an early check in which was great. Unfortunately it hadn’t been cleaned properly when we arrived, there was trash left from previous guests and there were dead bugs on the floor in the house. I told the host and he was very responsive and offered to send cleaners round. For the first 5 days everything was good, and then we notice lots of bugs in the pool, floating on the surface. No one wanted to go in the pool with all the bugs. I contacted the host almost every day for the next 10 days. He was responsive to messages and said he would do lots of things to address the problem. Unfortunately though the problem remained for the rest of our stay. So we only used the pool for 5 of the 15 days we were there. The outside area generally needs cleaning up, and the problem of bugs in the pool is definitely not normal, having stayed at several properties on the same resort and never had this problem.”
