“Good house and pool although the spa didn’t warm up. We weren’t able to use it like we wanted.”

“While the house was as described there is a ongoing ROACH infestation. Large mice sized roaches were in the house multiple throughout the day and night. Encore is super slow to respond and treat and I ended purchasing my own traps and pest spray throughout my stay. A exterminator did come out with no warning from the host letting us know prior to be home. Overall the poor communication made the issue worse and it was nasty to start”

“The stay was great with lots of space and a clean pool. The house was pretty clean, however, there was lights flickering in the one bedroom and several toilets kept running and need the handle to be rattled. There was very basic cooking utensils and the ice machine kept clogging as well. Since we were out at the parks most days, this wasn't a big issue and the overall stay was comfortable and clean.”
