“Fire alarms blaring all night long. Fire department banging on the door at 5am. Continued to go off all day long and encore saying the fire alarm was fixed nope it was not. No outreach to try and make the situation right. I’ll be disputing this charge. Oh also fire ants all inside the house.”

“We had multiple issues upon checking in. The doors to the pool were broken and so the alarm was sounding even when the doors were shut. A plank of wood was shoved in the door to stop the alarm. The stairs were broken with nails sticking out. A member of our group cut their foot on a nail. The front door would not lock on the final day, meaning we could not leave the house unoccupied. Trash was not collected for 4 days. There is no attention to detail throughout the house with multiple scrapes on the walls, a 10 minute fix with a pot of paint! The home advertises all king or twin rooms, some of our party had to sleep on the floor on air mattresses as they do not feel comfortable sharing a queen bed (advertised as king rooms). FALSE ADVERTISING. There was trash in the living area from previous guests. The sofa in the living area was broken and uncomfortable. Overall would recommend looking elsewhere. Communication is awful and encore are not helpful when issues occur.”

“We had an overall decent stay and appreciated the location in general set up of the property. The space itself was comfortable and met Most of our basic needs. With that said, they were a few issues that impacted our experience. The outdoor pool area had a significant amount of bird droppings both around and in the pool, which made it unusable during our stay. We reached out to management on Thursday and they came to wash the side of the pool right away which then made all the bird poop go inside the pool. I reached out again the next day and was told someone would come, but no one ever came for the next two days, until we checked out. we reached out to management several times to report this and request cleaning, but unfortunately did not receive a response. We did call instead of message as we were told the chat was not always monitored. We unfortunately were not able to use our pool the last two days which affected our stay.”

“Dusty. Front door lock was not working. Staff was rude. Would not stay again.”

“Check in was 4, house wasn’t ready until 8pm. Pool closed at 6 so I had 20 people sitting in the lobby for 2 hours!! Property grounds were trashed, garbage and cars everywhere. Even after checking in, garbage in back yard and on side of house. The pool was full of prev guests pool toys, trash and leaves. Kitchen had lots of plates, cups, forks and spoons but NO bowl scrapers, spatulas, no crockpot, only 1 big serving bowl. Just for a place with 2 fridges and sleeps 24 more utensils are needed. Also not willing to work with us for late check out even though we got checked in 4 hours LATE. Too expensive to be treated like crap.”
