Dune Allen Realty Vacation Rentals reviews in Florida

“Absolutely worth it. Private boardwalk and enclosed parking as well as being just far away from the busy 30a sections made this worth the price.”

“Great location and house matched description. House was very roomy and made our stay. Would definitely stay there again.”

“Very cute condo right on the beach at the beginning of 30a with private beach access and umbrella chair set up included. Overall, we had a great experience stayed here with my family, which included our two small children. The location on made it very easy to go back-and-forth to the condo during the beach day to take a rest or lunch, etc. But we never felt that we were missing out on the water since we had a beautiful view of the gulf from the apartment. We saw dolphins many times while having morning coffee and could watch the sunrise/sunset. The only downside was it is in very close proximity to the public entrance for Dune Allen beach therefore it gets a bit crowded and noisy and we noticed even though it is technically a private beach many people from the public access beach were putting there stuff down in the private area encroaching our space. However, the location is also great being across the street from Stinky’s, which is a wonderful seafood restaurant.”

“Our stay was amazing! It had everything our family wanted. The pool and backyard area was a great place to unwind and relax, we did not even make it to the beach because our backyard time was so enjoyable. The property has anything you need and is a great central location for great food and shopping. Would highly recommend this place to anybody considering going to 30A!”

“The house is perfectly located and adequate for the vacation we needed. Could definitely use some upgrades and minor fixes, but overall a great stay.”
