“The property was clean, in great condition and exactly as described. I did not like the process that Sowall required to boom the place. They required me to sign documents and pay a security deposit outside of Airbnb. This is the only place that has ever required this. I didn’t realise it until my cancellation period had expired. They said if I didn’t sign they would cancel my reservation without a refund”

“Our family was 9 adults and 2 infants. This place was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room that everyone had some private space and large gathering areas for lots of time together. Kitchen was well equipped and we ended up cooking every meal in the kitchen or on the new Weber grill. The biggest hit was the swimming pool and back patio. We spent the majority of our time swimming or lounging around the pool. We did take a jaunt to the beach but the grand-babies hands down preferred the private pool. I amenities at the clubhouse were nice but we still enjoyed the private pool and patio even more. The 6 person golf cart was tons of fun for tour around the neighborhood, quick runs to the beach or chasing the joggers in the morning. All bedrooms were large and comfortable. Would highly recommend for large families or group who are happy with doing a lot of nothing. Very relaxing and enjoyable family time.”
