“Nice condo with great views of beach. Area is very bikable. Condo has beach chairs and umbrellas but is expensive to rent. Chairs and umbrellas are along the high water line which keeps you from getting front line access to water if you have your own chairs.”

“Place was as described. Clean and updated. The few questions I did have, I was able to get answered promptly, causing no delays.”

“The stay was amazing. Beautiful ocean views as well as the airport to watch planes take off! The cabana down in the pool area is a major plus to escape the heat or to put personal belongings in before hitting the beach. Check-in instructions were accurate but some details were missing (which elevator to use, the need for the key cards inside the package). The property also has a ton of amenities to choose from so we were never bored. I would definitely stay here again!”

“Great location and space! Extremely clean, plenty of towels. Beach is your backyard. Close to restaurants and shops. Friendly neighbors. Responsive hosts. Perfect stay!”

“Overall, the place was good for a family of my size. Ample space in the condo and plenty of sleeping spots. Was pretty disappointed when we walked in and saw the amount of dust on the table tops and fans. The master bathroom sink also looked like it hadn't been cleaned well. I ended up having to go purchase cleaning supplies to take care of these issues. Was fortunate to find a vacuum in the condo to go back over the carpeted areas. I reached out to the host and they offered to send out the housekeeping folks, but we had already taken care of the situation by that point and felt better doing ourselves given the lack of attention previously. We also were not provided a code for the pool and beach gates. Was able to reach out to the host and get those, but it took longer than it should have. Overall, the place is nice and in a good location. Older building, but smaller and less crowded is nice. Beach staff were great. If it had been clean upon arrival, I would have rated it higher.”
