“{Reasons why we enjoyed our stay} *Location* The clear water and soft sand are what draws us back every time. Since the condo is not near the high rises, you don't feel like you are tripping over people. Plus being so close to the grocery store and shopping is super convenient. *Beach Service* Rico was fantastic and welcomed us with a smile every morning. We weren't stacked into two rows and always had a front row view, unlike other condos. *Ease of visit* Super clear instructions on how to get into the gated parking lot, condo, and beach. Host responded quickly on any questions we had. *Random Things*- Tons of plates/bowls. Clean property grounds. Multiple luggage racks/carts. Big dining table. {Things we would wave a magic wand at} *Windows* The 2 back bedrooms have an exterior hallway light that made the bedroom blinds glow at night. I would definitely suggest bringing a sleepmask. *Elevator* We took the stairs every time as it was much quicker than waiting on the elevator.”

“We had a wonderful stay in Destin and really enjoyed the vacation rental. The place was comfortable, clean, and a great spot for our trip. We truly appreciated our time here and would definitely recommend it to others. The only thing we wished was included was beach chair service, as we noticed guests staying in some of the other units had that amenity. It would have been a really nice addition to an already great stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and made some wonderful memories. Thank you for having us”

“Location! Location! Location! Location was perfect. This condo was right on the beach front and could not have asked for a better view. We had easy access to from the beach any time Day or Night, or we could just sit on the balcony and watch/listen to the waves hit the shore.”
