“The view of 4296 is absolutely stunning and that in itself was worth it. As a mom to a little one I will say I didn't like the gap between the glass and the pillar. The gated community is confusing and can get backed up traffic very quickly. One elevator so backed up all the time. Room was very large and what we expected. Clean . On our first night we had a "service man" come around 930pm to check all the televisions in the home to make sure they were working. I thought that was very weird. I mean they had all day since we didn't check in until 8pm. You have to know the code like the back of your hand because you'll use it 5 times to get out to the beach and back to your room lol. That's annoying”

“The overall experience was great besides the 3 to 4 hour wait before we could get inside the house the couch inside the house was not clean and a few minor spots had stretches when we arrived but I we did enjoy the stay very calm neighborhood quiet and you have access to just about everything there”

“It was ok . Fans in some rooms did not work. Not enough towels or toilet paper in restrooms. It was not worth the pay. And I felt pressured on the golf carts to use them and there was $100 fee per night for additional insurance and there was no way around it. The front desk host said if you don’t get it you can’t stay. I don’t think we will stay there again. They were also talking about how many golf carts deals they have .”

“Changed my Unit to one that was completely different in terms of decor, location and balcony. They did this 5 days before check in so no ability to address or change. Offered 10% compensation after my compliant but never delivered. Asked for compensation through the AirBnB process and the declined. Also changed until was not ready when we arrived at the 4 pm check in time, had to wait till 6 pm. Very poor service for the price you have to pay!”

“This was our third visit to San Destin Resort. We enjoy all of the great things the resort offers! The place was nice and clean. I was disappointed to find that even though a pack and play was listed as an included amenity, no pack and play was provided. When I called to request one, I was informed it would cost us 20 extra dollars per day to have one. The golf cart also had minor issues upon our arrival which we made staff aware of immediately. It’s been about 11 days since we left but have still been refunded our deposit. Hoping this isn’t gonna be an issue. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”
