“The house is in a great location and very large to support a big group. We had several issues during the stay with the property. The sliding glass doors were nearly impossible to open, the built-in microwave started sparking on day 2 and didn’t work the rest of our stay, the pool deck was slimy with standing water and both kids slipped and fell after using the outdoor shower, the fridge in the kitchen stopped working and we lost most of our food overnight, several door handles were broken on the sliding glass doors and interior doors, the TVs were nearly impossible to get working (remote batteries were the culprit), the bar stools are missing screws and were not stable. We reported all to property manager and they were responsive, but issues were not resolved timely (sliding glass doors, fridge) or at all (microwave, bar stools, fridge). Again, they were nice when we spoke to them, but communication between their team wasn’t organized. For the money we paid, this was disappointing.”
