“We had no issues with the house itself; we liked everything—the view was beautiful and the access to the beach was amazing. However, there was one problem: we couldn't access the pool. We had specifically chosen this rental because it included a pool and a Jacuzzi—features that were very important to us.Initially, we didn't have the wristbands needed for pool access, even though they should have been provided. On the second day, two wristbands were brought to us; we were excited to finally use the pool, only to discover that the wristbands didn't work! We contacted support again, and they said they would get in touch with the HOA, but the issue was never actually resolved. We were only there for four days, and since we couldn't enjoy the full vacation experience we had counted on, our trip was significantly spoiled. The children had to climb over the fence to get to the pool, and we had to wait for someone else to enter or leave the pool area just so we could get in or out.”

“It was a good place ,walkable to beach. It was clean and well maintained. Although the top floor has some view of the beach, this is not a ocean front unit. They provided very basic amenities. Not enough soaps and toiletry or the laundry supplies, considering the unit is near to the beach, it would have been nice if laundry supplies are provided . Although they provided the grill there is no gas in the propane tank which we had to go and exchange. Complimentary beach service with chairs and umbrellas was very nice to have”

“The house is in a great location and very large to support a big group. We had several issues during the stay with the property. The sliding glass doors were nearly impossible to open, the built-in microwave started sparking on day 2 and didn’t work the rest of our stay, the pool deck was slimy with standing water and both kids slipped and fell after using the outdoor shower, the fridge in the kitchen stopped working and we lost most of our food overnight, several door handles were broken on the sliding glass doors and interior doors, the TVs were nearly impossible to get working (remote batteries were the culprit), the bar stools are missing screws and were not stable. We reported all to property manager and they were responsive, but issues were not resolved timely (sliding glass doors, fridge) or at all (microwave, bar stools, fridge). Again, they were nice when we spoke to them, but communication between their team wasn’t organized. For the money we paid, this was disappointing.”
