“The house is run down with a large of maintenance required for the property value compare with other location within the area.”

“Overall, a good place for the price. However, the house could use a deep clean in all areas. Noticeable dust/dirt on the baseboards, stairwell going up to the entry door and entry door needs painted; very noticeable dirt on the door. We did have some small maintenance issues with front door, 1 bedroom door and the lights, however Anthony was very quick to respond and had a worker come out that same day and address the issues. Bunk beds are in a conjoined room with 2 queens, we made it work for the trip, but not what we had thought from the pictures. Very close to the beach (with beach access, which is very important here), right across from the pool, tennis court, sand volleyball.”

“Booked for family of 14 including small children. Upon arrival looked just like pictures. Lots of room for children to run and play. Beds for everyone. Balcony off bedrooms with great views and rooftop balcony was great with Gulf view. Huge inside with gigantic laundry room in basement. Fully equipped kitchen. Fantastic location. Block from beach. Downside was stairwell lights didnt work. Upstairs wash and dryer doesn't work and possible black mold in some air vents. Also, had to monitor children carefully as all tables in living and dinning room are glass.”

“we had more than enough room for our family of 10 without crowding each other. I would definitely rent again if I needed a space to accommodate the entire family. Anthony was quick to respond to my messages and address any concerns. we had a great time and it was my adult children's first trip to Destin. highly recommend.”

“Place was very big and fitting. Everything was well taken care of. Not a problem but when booking make sure to pack toilet paper and paper towels and the dryer upstairs was broken but that was okay. The size of the house was a huge plus and the big room upstairs was enjoyable. Overall would book again.”
