When we arrived, the first thing we noticed was the master bathroom door was off it’s bottom hinge with a screw on the floor. The kitchen stools and counter had dried up food. The rug upstairs had a lot of sand from previous renters, they did offer to send housekeeping back for those things but we were already there and just cleaned it ourselves, since it was only a few spots. As far as the master door we were just told to not use it, which was a bit inconvenient. The first few days it was very hot outside and we felt like the AC had a hard time keeping up but it was nothing to report about. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay. Plenty of space to spread out. The views are spectacular and easy access to beach and pool. Conveniently located around everything. Pretty much within minutes of everything!

The accommodation matched the listing and was nice overall, but arriving after hours was difficult. GPS led us to the parking garage, and the main entrance and lockbox weren’t clearly marked. Directions to the east building were confusing, and the walkway was poorly lit with uneven concrete and standing water. Inside, the 4th‑floor hallway carpet was stained with a strong odor, and the condo door looked worn. The unit also had an unpleasant smell and cleanliness issues: mold in the shower, a dirty master sink, mold‑stained pillowcases, dusty lamp shades, an old air filter, and worn TV remotes. We had to buy disinfectants to improve the space. Clearer signage, better lighting, walkway repairs, updated carpet, a repainted door, and more thorough cleaning would greatly help. I’d be hesitant to return or recommend this location.

Don’t get me wrong, home was lovely, only thing we had a problem with was when we walked in looked like no one had swept or moped the floors. I would stay again just wish walking in was more clean. Unfortunately I had to sweep up myself.

The condo itself was clean & accommodating. It is dated as far as the decor but clean. Our primary complaint is that the condor/dolphin point is 1/4 mile from the beach. We rented a golf cart which was perfect for the distance, but they do not allow guests to rent golf carts. We paid $50 for a parking pass which is supposed to accommodate two cars and we only had one car so we were frustrated that we couldn't use our other open space to park the golf cart. The walk to the beach is not close if you have chairs/coolers/beach games like we do. The second complaint we have is they have massive construction going on right now at this condo community. They are doing major renovations with lots of big construction trucks, blocking our water view (& parking), construction workers everywhere. We had people outside of our condo literally right outside the back patio the entire time with loud machines in the morning & standing on the other side of the glass able to look right inside on us.
