“All I can say this was the first vacation we had that we felt like we were actually on a vacation. Beautiful 3 story house so close to the beach! We enjoyed cruising the lovely and private neighborhood with the provided bicycles. Also the space for everyone. Loved this location.”

“We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again, but there were a few things to note for others staying here. Luxury prices, but the house is definitely showing some wear and tear. Broken tiles, scuffed/worn furniture/mattresses, broken/leaking sink, broken beach chair, etc. The other supplies provided felt really limited for a house rental including dishwasher pods, kitchen towels, beach towels, TP, trash bags, etc. There were plenty of sand toys, coolers, and floaties available for my two kids and three adults which weren't described by anyone before we got there. The only beach shade are umbrellas handled by one company only at $35/umbrella per day, but they were nice. The front door has a super loud/obnoxious pool alarm which is great for kids, but there isn't an easy way to disable the alarm for 60 seconds to open and close the door so you always have to go out the garage to avoid it and the man door hits the garage door. Be prepared for a giant contract to be emailed after booking.”

“Great private home. With great access to the beach. Home was immaculate and has great amenities. We stayed as a family if 10 and had my 2 elderly parents who were able to stay in the first floor.”

“Our stay was good . The place was accommodating. The scenery was very good. There were a few hiccups like the golf cart was not covered and stayed outside, so it did have mold on it that looked to be there for quite some time. The batteries in the remotes for the TVs needed to be replaced. Although those few hiccups didn’t change how we had fun and enjoyed our stay.”
