“Pros: Gorgeous beach/water Pool was great. Refreshing and not too busy. The unit was spacious, the beds were comfy and the balcony was a great feature. The time of year was perfect, weather was still warm but there were a lot fewer people. Cons: When the listing says no amenities, they mean it! No tissues, no beach towels, no hand soap for the kitchen, no kitchen starters (no salt, pepper, cooking spray, coffee filters), no tupperware. They give you two dishwasher/laundry detergent packs and one trash bag. The floor is visually free of debris, but it is dirty. Your feet will be black. There is no mirror above the sink in the master bathroom. There were beach chairs in the closet, but don't try to put them by the water! The chair rental company will move your stuff and say it's reserved ($55 per day to rent). After talking to other people renting units here, there are units that come with the chair/umbrella rentals so if we came back again, we'd choose one with more amenities.”

“The views are absolutely beautiful & honestly the highlight of this condo! Waking up to the beach right outside & having private beach access were definite positives. The location & views are what make this place worth considering. You can hear the waves! That said, the condo itself is very outdated & could use some TLC. There were quite a few paint chips, holes in the walls & areas that could use some updating. We personally don’t mind older accommodations, but the overall condition is worth mentioning so future guests know what to expect. The neighbors were also an issue for us, as they banged on the walls when our kids made normal family noise. A few things to note before booking: there are no smart TVs, just regular cable, & the kitchen doesn’t come stocked with basic essentials, so plan to bring or buy what you need. Overall, the beach views & private beach access are wonderful, but the condo itself could use some attention to make the stay as enjoyable as the setting deserves.”

“Could have given a better rating, but we experienced issues with the internet from day 1 and all Avari messaging is AI so that was annoying. Even when calling the Avari team, the responses were we will look into it and there was never any actions taken right away to fix the issue. Even when checking in they had the refrigerator turned completely down so I thought that it wasn't working. Well I turned it up and it took a whole day for it to be at the correct temperature, I reached out and expressed that we lost some items in the freezer due to this and nothing besides a AI generated response. Overall, not satisfied because I asked for compensation for the inconveniences of the refrigerator and internet issues and nothing was acknowledged or said back.”
