“The house was very spacious and met our expectations. The best thing about the house was the covered outside area on the second floor. The weather was perfect and rocked my granddaughter every afternoon for her nap using the swing on the second floor. The pool was very clean. They also provided a beach wagon. The only disappointment was the beach area. A lot of the beach was marked as private so only a small area available for the public.”

“First the good location was incredible. The beds were great and the house fit us all. Bad. Parking was terrible and was not accurate in the description cannot fit more than two cars. They updated the parking description after we complained. The place was very rundown. The pool had a leak and needed to be refinished. It had roof leaks on n the main house and carriage house. There was an animal living in the attic of the main house. The deck around the pool looked like it was falling in and had exposed rusted screws. Black mold on the ceiling of the carriage house next to stains from roof leaks.”

“This property did not match the listing photos or expectations. Cleanliness was very poor—bathrooms, floors, upstairs area, and dishes were all dirty upon arrival. The upstairs bedroom had a severe issue with large horseflies that ended up migrating throughout the main living area, making the space uncomfortable. Maintenance took about 4 hours to arrive and only placed fly traps, which did not fix the problem. We had to spend our own money on fly spray, and the flies were still bad. The pool was dirty and appeared much smaller than pictured, and the game room was also unclean. The listing states the home is inspected and cleaned 24 hours prior to arrival, but based on the condition, that does not seem accurate. Overall, very disappointing stay and not as advertised. I would not recommend this place unless major improvements are made.”

“Maggots were found in the jacuzzi top and jacuzzi steps. I sat my phone in the steps and notice tiny tiny worms like thing on my phone screen, the jacuzzi never was hit only like warm. This was at night, I didn’t notice the bugs until the next morning I sent videos and photos as proof. The host denied it and debited my partial refund request. I would never stay at this location to due sanitary issues.”
