The biggest disappointment was the outdoor area, which was one of the main reasons we rented this house. The backyard was very dirty and poorly maintained. The patio looked neglected, the floors were dirty, and the entire outdoor space gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival. The grill was so dirty that we couldn’t even use it. It was covered with grease and old residue, making it completely unsanitary for cooking. “Every issue reported, their response was “we need to check with our local team.” Broken coffee carafe, loose railing on deck, no inside access between the areas of the house, terrible palmetto bugs issue outside. Cockroach and palmetto bugs inside. Front door handle kept falling off. Microwave in upstairs unit didn’t heat anything. Palms very overgrown by gates. Some bathroom doors didn’t lock for privacy. I feel like we paid a LOT of money for the condition of the house. Everything looked nice and there was plenty of space for us all. But the house needs some attention.”
