“My family and I enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and looked exactly as pictured. plenty of room for everyone!I do wish they provided a few more items for their guests. There is a keurig with no pods to get you started. I wouldn't expect them to provide enough for the entire week but most places leave a nice small variety for their guests. There were no pot holders to use when cooking and also the listing stated that the house provided beach towels but we never found any. Over all we had a good stay just a few minor things that I would personally change to make it maybe feel more welcoming.”

“If you're looking for a spacious home for a large group, this house is a great option. There are plenty of areas for guests to gather, and the size worked perfectly for our group. However, the overall experience was disappointing due to poor management and lack of attention to detail. Communication was extremely difficult, especially regarding early check-in. Despite requesting it in advance, we had trouble reaching the local team and didn't receive confirmation until 1 p.m. on the day of check-in after multiple calls and messages, and still had to pay an early check-in fee. Cleanliness was also an issue. There was sand throughout the house, including on one of the beds and the golf cart, and several pillows, blankets, and the couch had stains and hair. The home also lacked essentials, including sheets for the pullout couch and extra trash bags. Overall, the house itself was the perfect size, but the management and cleanliness significantly impacted our stay.”

“We paid for an early arrival. The location is great and the neighborhood is great. However for the price paid there were definitely items of frustration that you do t want on vacation. The floors were dirty upon our arrival. The towel rack in the second floor queen bathroom immediately fell. Propane was short first night. The kitchen was not terribly well stocked including hot pads, sponges or dish soap in the kitchen. The advertisement should include “bring your own beach towels”. The ignition on the golf cart was not attached. For a house of this style and price had higher expectations.”

“The house was beautiful! Not as big as the pictures showed but still comfortable. The patio was very messy, lots of furniture all over the place.. but the pool was cleaned! The barbecue pit super dirty which made it very hard for us to cook there without smoking the whole area! The room downstairs by the pool was super big, easy to access the ice maker and laundry however the sofa bed wasn’t changed! The sheets and mattress cover were really disgusting with yellow stains and hair! Really disappointing! Also spider webs all along the walls in the room and very dusty! The fan in the living room was connected to the main lights so we couldn’t use it unless we left them on. They came after day 2 and couldn’t fix it! Very spacious with lots of rooms but it really needs a good cleaning after every stay. I guess they are renting it back to back so they are lacking on this. The golf cart was a hit and even though the beach looks far it’s not really! I will stay there again if cleaned properly”

“The house was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was very clean upon arrival. The gold cart was a huge plus! We enjoyed our stay!”

“Everything was good except took a little long to reply, and some issues with the drainage of the showers, everything else was great!”

“Nice home and good location. Multiple issues though. Pool lights not working which was a big deal with six littles swimming at night. Dryer didn’t dry. Coffee maker had wrong carafe so it didn’t work. Two microwaves but neither worked. Volume on one TV didn’t work. They sent someone out but lights and dryer were not fixed. Spent alot of time dealing with all these issues.”

“First if all- the place was amazing until it was not! I paid to have my dog there and my dog was LOST for 3 hours and ran to the woods because the home is not “fenced 100%” there is a big hole under the side yard where the front door is and the dog got out from there. I asked for a partial refund and was ignored by the landlord! We lost a full day looking for the dog which we feel this is the fault of the landlord for not having a truly secure fenced area. We also had no WiFi And also reported the front door would not lock as well as the door above in the master would not close, they sent me someone at midnight to fix the issue and had us waiting for someone to Come fox it! To me this was not professional and safe, they told me I could go To bed and that the crew can just access the home with their keys and such.,, I was not going to bed to allow them to do that’s I have no idea who it is .,,”
