“Great experience for my first Airbnb rental”

“Our stay was great! Location was amazing, your like 10 min from everything and the beach is like a 2 min walk down the sidewalk. No complaints at all but would suggest that the owners put more comfortable seating in the living room and a bigger tv but that’s just my preference lol”

“Harshad did a great job of communicating and handling problems as they arose but the owners have some serious issues that need to be addressed. Harshad went above and beyond to solve all the problems that arose but there are urgent issues that need to be resolved. Guest house was completely unusable the entirety of our stay where there was an active rat infestation. It was a holiday week, so we paid nearly $11k, yet all they could offer us was $2600 back even though we could only use half of the amenities. We also could not use game room as there was mold. As per previous reviews, the photos need to be updated as well as the property. We couldn’t cook outside using grill due to mosquitos & flies probably worsened by the weeds in the area. Could be such a beautiful place if maintained & updated. I appreciate the dog friendlyness of the property and the ease of the golf cart to get to the beach but I would not stay at this property again. Place was not clean & amenities need to updated”

“MAJOR BUYER BEWARE. I booked this property for all of my kids and grandkids for the week, and it was the worst house I’ve ever stayed at in Destin. The pictures don’t match the actual house at all as it is almost falling in. Dishwasher coming out of the wall, mold growing out from baseboards, etc. but the worst part is the rat infestation we encountered on night 3. Found rat poop and tears all throughout the guest house. Alerted management who said they could send someone the following night over 48 hours later. Needless to say half of my family moved out of the guest house and into the main house to avoid the rat infestation. This house honestly needs to be taken off Airbnb until it can be updated. We have requested a refund and are still awaiting status. I will update my review once refund is finalized. Do not book this place!”

“We had a wonderful time, but there were a few things that would have made it much nicer. There were alot of weeds outside of the home, front and back. The putting green was torn, there was dirty grime on the sides of the pool. One of the arcade games didn't work. The sofa sleeper in the guest house was broke, and there was no air mattress. I think this place would do so much better if you took at least one week a month for repairs. Yard work, new mulch, repairs on what is broke. The ice machine didn't work and it shows there is one in the pictures, and there was no volleyball net. We didn't have sheets for the pull out sofa in the main house. The pictures online have not been updated. There was no nice furniture around the pool as the picture shows. The home also needs to be exterminated. We had to kill 2 roaches. One in the main house kitchen, and one in the main house bathroom.”
