Destin West Vacations's guest rating in Florida of 4.65 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “The unit was not clean. There were stains and hair on pillows. Living room had dirt and trash on the floor. Everything in the unit was outdated. There was a noticeable smell right when we opened the door.”
