“The unit was not clean. There were stains and hair on pillows. Living room had dirt and trash on the floor. Everything in the unit was outdated. There was a noticeable smell right when we opened the door.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The condo is on the Gulf side and offered beautiful beach and pool views from the balcony. We loved the private beach access, making it easy to walk right down to the sand. Several restaurants were also within walking distance, which was very convenient. The host went above and beyond by providing beach amenities, including chairs and floats, which made our beach days even more enjoyable. The bunk beds were a great addition for extra sleeping space, and having two full bathrooms made our stay comfortable and convenient for everyone. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway!”

“We loved our stay here. The room was clean and comfortable. I love that there was a parking garage that led directly to our floor. The location was perfect because the walk to the beach and the walk to the lazy river and fishing pier(which we used most) were both quite short and easy. I have no complaints!! Will definitely be staying here again for our next beach/fishing trip.”

“Myself and my family were very pleased. The complex has so much to do. Everything is clean. The pool was my granddaughters favorite part. Due to Arthur, we were unable to get in the ocean, which made the amenities that much nicer. We will definitely stay again.”

The Balcony in the back had a great view of the lazy river ,Floridas water , Florida’s Sunrise and a short walking distance to the Beach and Restaurants near by and not to far too Destin Margaritaville. I would totally recommend this place, very affordable and warming.”

“we had a great time with our kids. Plenty to do and easy ro walk to everything. when ee arrived the back lock to the door was broken and the TV was not working. They came and fixed the lock so quick and they were fast to respond. unfortunately no trash bags were given and when asked none were brought. our family can not wait to he back and will be booking again soon!”
