“Overall, it’s a decent place, but there are a few noticeable issues. The window AC unit is extremely loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Cleanliness also wasn’t quite at the level I expected, with some stains on the chairs and a few outlets that didn’t work. The photos make the property look a bit nicer than it actually is. That’s not to say it’s bad, just not quite as polished as advertised.”

“Highly disappointed with my stay, guests beware the listing may not look anything like your actual room (At least mine did not). My room was dated, had a strange smell and bathroom definitely had black mold. Caulk and lots of paint was the most effort that they gave to a poorly maintained apartment. The bathroom vanity was falling apart from the moisture, and there was visible mold on the ceiling and vanity. The entire bathroom smelled like mold, I had to keep the door shut other than when I was showering or using the restroom. The window air conditioner didn’t work and was so poorly sealed, you could see daylight through the gaps which also let bugs in. The portable air conditioner that took its place was extremely loud and was not able to be adjusted, only on or off - this made it hard to fall asleep. The location is great, and there is plenty to do, which is good to keep you from having to be in your room…”
