“We had such a nice stay. The outdoor area is huge. The pool is really big and very well serviced! We enjoyed paddle boarding down the canal and hitting the local restaurants. Several grocery stores and shops are close to the house. And the beaches were a very quick drive away, just as advertised. We always enjoy Deerfield Beach!”

“This booking went much like many other bookings I’ve had. I booked and paid $2100 upfront. A month later when the reservation was to have its final payment I guess Airbnb had an issue charging our card which was our Apple pay. I never received any phone contact about this and my credit card denies that Airbnb tried to charge my card or that it was declined. In any case our reservation was canceled three days before we left without us knowing. I contacted the host and asked if they would reinstate our days, but in the few days where our reservation was canceled someone else had booked the first two nights. We were basically told that according to policy, we lost $2100 which was our initial payment. I was very disappointed that Grimaldi And Airbnb were OK to allow us to lose $2100 especially considering our default payment was in good standing & had said no attempts. Overall- it needs attention. Broken Things. Marks on walls &stains. Appreciate they came to reclean floors. Needs paint”

“we loved our stay, everything was perfect!! the unit is so lovely, very clean, beautiful bathrooms, with all the essentials. the pool was a nice oasis throughout the day and the unit had strong air conditioning - thankfully, it was blazing hot during our stay! it’s a great location so close to the beach and shops. we will be back!”

“My kids enjoyed the canal to fish and the pool. The beach was easy 3 to 5 minute drive and we had no trouble parking which you must pay for but all together we enjoyed our stay.”
