“The place looked exactly like the photos. Decorated beautifully. The only issue I had was with the hot tub being dirty. I contacted the property staff and they sent someone out immediately. The response time was fast. Will definitely stay again!”

“We booked this property specifically for the amenities, but the experience was unacceptable. At check-in, the front door lock failed, leaving us stranded in the Florida heat with our luggage for over an hour while Airbnb support tried unsuccessfully to locate a field technician. We were told someone was coming, but no one ever arrived. We eventually found a hidden lockbox ourselves just to get inside, and the lock continued malfunctioning throughout our stay. The amenities were also not as advertised. The putting green is much smaller than the photos suggest, and the pool and hot tub were visibly dirty with a film on the water and black/brown buildup on the seats and walls. One guest developed a rash after briefly entering the pool and left early. We paid for a property with working amenities and a secure check-in experience. This property was dirty, unsafe, and the host unreliable. We received nothing we paid for. We would not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.”
