Great Ocean Condos and Homes in Daytona Beach, Florida

“I don't like that there is not any security. People came from the beach that did not stay there to use the bathrooms in the lobby. A man was drinking vodka and chasing it down with water in a jug, talking to himself and walking around the property. We could smell pot in our bathroom for four days. And as you walked in the front door. No one at a desk where you could ask questions or get help. Our room was nice except for the smell of pot all the time. They only have one elevator that worked. You would have to wait a long time for it to come to your floor. It stayed on the 9th floor for 25 minutes one day. Our room was clean but the windows need to be cleaned up some. I would have the floors vacuumed in the halls everyday if I worked there. Where you come in the door from the beach/pool water was dripping from the other floors AC units. It was not clean to me. It was an Okay place to stay for the money I guess. But I will not come back there again.”

“We are very happy with our stay at the apartment. It was very comfortable, clean and accommodating. Big plus is a pool and beach.”

“This was a great location with a great view, however, there was an insect problem while staying here. There were many bugs seen in the residence. There were also loose and wandering pets of other guests and they did not pick up after their pets so the balcony/ view area smelled like dog waste.”

“We had an ocean view it was not ocean front. We also had to keep fixing the toilet.”

“This place suited my needs. They should contract with the neighboring hotel to use the pool. I didn’t realize it didn’t have one ( my fault). The Wi-Fi was a little spotty and kicked me off while I was working. It completely stopped connecting at 9-10 pm which wasn’t a big deal until the last night. Overall it was a nice stay. It is well located and a nice rest. I probably would not reserve again if I travel with grandson again. He was disappointed about the pool and beach size.”
