“Everything was quick and easy but the room had mold on the ceiling and once you walk in, it’s very stuffy and moist feeling like there was something wrong with the ventilation. Our clothes got wet from just being in the room.”

“The room itself was acceptable, and looked like the pictures for the most part (lighting always makes photos look much better). The location itself was eerie and felt lacked staff. One of the elevators was out of order and the "Tikki Bar" did not seem inviting. One of the amenities in the room was a whistle hanging on the wall next to the bed. I could see how this might be helpful... but it is a very unsettling sight. I stayed during a big festival so I understand the price point I paid. In any other circumstance I would stay here again for maybe half of what I paid. But overall, I cannot complain about the site since I slept well and was unbothered. Thank you for hosting me, and if I ever come back to Daytona, I would consider this place an option.”

“Was pretty good for the time we were there. Building looks like it is slowly getting more renovations but nothing to bother us. It is a mix of rental units and people that actually live there - no conflicts whatsoever.”
