“We had a very good stay here in the Sangria Suite and would definitely book again. As others mentioned, this location is in the middle of a nightlife district. It does get quite noisy at night, especially if the venue next door is having a party, but It did not bother us! The AC situation was not great. Thermostat was locked at 69, but it was NOT 69 degrees and we did get hot at night, but it was not unbearable.”

“We were town for a business trade show and the town home was perfect and what we were looking for. Beautiful home, clean and only a 5 minute ride to downtown.”

“The unit smelled moldy. Outdoor lighting lit up the interior of the unit like daytime. Neighbors upstairs weren’t noisy necessarily, but I could hear them and their tv. Someone else was parked in ‘reserved’ parking spot. Not really like the photos. Unfortunately, for the price, there are many other better options in the Hyde park area. Sorry.”

“This place is super trendy and cute, and it felt safe with the double door and code. If you're looking for a fun time in Ybor City, like the artsy and nightlife vibe, this would be perfect for you. Expect to stay up late, as the space is right above restaurants and bars and you will hear noise (muffled) until the early hours of the morning. The best part is, everything is walkable. You can have brunch, lunch, dinner, bar hop, visit the weekend open air market, buy art, and much more.”

“It was nice but the toilet in the room ran the entire time we were there and it was pretty annoying and then there’s nowhere in the shower to put your soap so that’s another thing that y’all should add because we had to keep sitting our soaps on top of the toilet while we were in the shower. and at first, I was a little skeptical because that hallways and the outside of the building makes it look very different than what it is inside, but it was very nice and I like that it had straight access to the beach. lastly, the only thing I would say is we should have the parking pass included in our state because to have paid $600 and still had to pay another 30 to park was kind of crazy. but other than all those things, it was fine.”

“The interior of the unit was clean and comfortable and met our basic needs. However, the exterior of the building and common areas looked quite different from what we expected based on the listing photos, which made the arrival experience a bit surprising. One of the bed frames was unstable at check-in and affected one guest the first night, though the issue was addressed during the stay. Overall, the stay was okay, but clearer communication, more accurate photos, and better pre-arrival checks would improve the experience.”
