“Everything was quick and easy but the room had mold on the ceiling and once you walk in, it’s very stuffy and moist feeling like there was something wrong with the ventilation. Our clothes got wet from just being in the room.”

“I would not stay again. Home is as pictured but the hot tub doesn't have jets, home has cock roaches and spiders that bit us pretty bad, and the shower collects standing water within 1 min of use due to a drain issue. The linen on the beds had visible stains and hair. We reported and they brought over some sheets while we were out and sprayed perimeter for pest.We booked for 4 nights stayed 2 and we were refunded for 3 due to all the issues and ended up booking and paying for other accommodations.This experience really messed up our vacation and caused unnecessary stress especially with having to pack up and move in the middle of it.”

“It was nice but the toilet in the room ran the entire time we were there and it was pretty annoying and then there’s nowhere in the shower to put your soap so that’s another thing that y’all should add because we had to keep sitting our soaps on top of the toilet while we were in the shower. and at first, I was a little skeptical because that hallways and the outside of the building makes it look very different than what it is inside, but it was very nice and I like that it had straight access to the beach. lastly, the only thing I would say is we should have the parking pass included in our state because to have paid $600 and still had to pay another 30 to park was kind of crazy. but other than all those things, it was fine.”

“The interior of the unit was clean and comfortable and met our basic needs. However, the exterior of the building and common areas looked quite different from what we expected based on the listing photos, which made the arrival experience a bit surprising. One of the bed frames was unstable at check-in and affected one guest the first night, though the issue was addressed during the stay. Overall, the stay was okay, but clearer communication, more accurate photos, and better pre-arrival checks would improve the experience.”
