Loved the location. Loved the view. The bed was listed as a king, but was a queen. And was by far the most uncomfortable bed my girlfriend and I have ever slept on. There was also no toilet paper so had to go buy some. Didn’t get the code for the door so had to call and get it, then it didn’t work because we were 2 min early to check in. I understand it was probably an oversight with not getting the code and the toilet paper but overall it just wasn’t a great experience. The location and the view were amazing, but the unit as a whole was very mediocre

This was a complete fiasco. I invited my two sisters down for a week after they took care of my Mom who dies at 104 in December of 2025.. When we arrived, we had no access to exterior because of construction.( this was a first floor unit). The windows were covered so construction material would not hit them, We could not open the slider to exterior, The place had not been cleaned in some time... we had to get another place and scrambled to find accommodations because it was Jeep weekend. You agency responded after we sent pictures of exterior construction material around the building.. They indicated they would refund our monies, since we never could use the place. If you need these pictures again I have them saved.

We feel our vacation was partially ruined by paying for an air bnb that was the least accommodating of all bnb’s we as a family have stayed in. After day five of seven we had t.v and at no point did we ever get working WiFi. The full length blinds in front of the sliding doors were both broken in the down position. We feel taken advantage of by the air bnb company and the owners. Not to mention no one mentioned full on exterior construction taking place every day we were there. All in all it was a huge waste of our bi- yearly family vacation we can save to afford. So thank for that. And the four bath towels for five guests and two wash cloths. Also three forks and no toaster. Great job ripping off two working grandparents with custody of their three grandchildren, trying to go see their great grandfather who’s been recently widowed.

The hotel is beautiful although room is not as updated as other rooms in the hotel. Host would respond within a few hours but did not follow through on their end of the task which then caused issues with the hotel staff and untimely maintenance fixes for major safety issues.

Not the vacation spot I expected, condo is under construction and the jackhammer noise from 8 am till 4 pm was maddening, everyday all day ! Half our party left early due to the site. We were surrounded by construction material outside the patio doors . Not a pleasant sight . Bathroom shower was dirty and the doors have never been cleaned . Blinds on the windows were all broken and the faucets are all loose . Escaping to the ocean didn’t help as the noise carried itself . I would not recommend this place for the money spent .
