“We were happy with such a great find for reasonable price. We had 4 adults and half way into our stay we were told the first bathroom was leaking and we couldn’t use it then we started noticing lots of water coming from under stove. So much water we had to keep several towels doen constantly to absorb the water. Sadly we were only offered $150 refund due to the inconvenience and we paid $1600 for the week, and after complaining we were given an additional $50. Also it would have been nice to know this was HOA owned and the rules were crazy(no back in parking)and secondly it would have been nice to have chairs for the beach stay. Overall we were satisfied with the room. Luckily we had great neighbors bc there’s no privacy between the balconies. Treating us a little more fairly would have helped us become return guests but being so cheap with the money back unfortunately doesn’t help us want to do so.”
