“Great location close to good restaurants. Beach was quiet and did not feel crowded at all. Home was clean and condo and amenities were well taken care of. Fantastic stay we would love to be back! The only con was that the AC unit has a cap as to how low we can go with the thermostat. 73 degrees was the maximum we could lower the AC and we like it around 68-69 when we sleep so this made sleep a bit uncomfortable to us. They did have a dehumidifier but that really didn’t help much. We knew that ahead of time going into it though as this was made clear in the instructions. Recommendations: It would have been a great bonus if they had some beach things to use. Beach chairs, umbrella/shade, maybe a football to toss around. The master closet is huge so can definitely store things like that in there.”airbnb

“We really enjoyed our stay at Aruba #607. The only concerning factor was lack of parking for a 2nd vehicle.”airbnb

“The condo was as pictured, had a wonderful view and was in a great area. It was extremely equipped with everything you could possibly need. Don’t bring pots/pans,griddles, or anything extreme. They had extra blankets and towels for days and the washer and dryer was a plus. It even had a beach chair, and a few toys for the kids. I wish I could give it a 5 star but it was REALLY dusty and the beds were uncomfortable. Once I wiped down the wall/bedframe from a few stains and lightly dusted I felt a little better. Just needs a good deep clean, and paint touch up. Overall I give it a 3.75/5.”airbnb

“It was a beautiful condo however the square footage for the price we paid was quite small. The sleeper sofa was horrible even with a topper available. The entire living room furniture was very uncomfortable. We have been coming to Daytona for years and have stayed in numerous condos. One large issue that we had which we were aware before we came, but I feel that it’s a shame that a condo is rented that has three bedrooms and the facility only offers two parking places. I think whoever is in charge of building these should think more of their guests. I believe a three bedroom condo should have three parking places. Two bedrooms two. We have been coming for over 25 years to the Daytona area and I just find that it’s real sad that these condominiums build these huge places and don’t accommodate their guest in parking. It was very inconvenient for us to pay for parking each day and I have to go back-and-forth retrieving a vehicle. I’m not sure that my voice will be heard but maybe”airbnb

“There is not a dresser in the master, so no where to put folded clothes. All of the closet "doors" were falling off of the sliders, so difficult to open and close. The worst part is that the manager of the building is not very nice to put it mildly, zero tolerance for energetic children. The check in instructions on Airbnb did not make it clear that the key was at the real estate office, not the building, so had we not found someone to open the door to the building for us, we would have ended up staying at a hotel our first night. I normally do not write bad reviews, so this is my first for anything, but felt strongly enough about sharing this as I would have liked to have read this before booking here myself. The condo is right on the water, so it is lovely in that sense.”airbnb

“The place is beautiful abd very nice even looks better in person the only thing I found to be on the downside is they are doing remodeling inside the building which isn’t pleasant to the eyes and causes inconveniences!!! Also you have to travel 5-10 mins down the road to retrieve garage keys so you can get into the parking deck and you also have to drive back a check out to drop them off. I felt that was an inconvenience when they could just be left and the condo itself”airbnb

“Was super expectant to stay with my family here. the host didnt communicate that the hotel was under renovations, so for check-in i was very nervous for what the room had to offer. Host provided clear instructions however it was very word heavy and confusing. I went straight to the hotel versus the luxury headquarters for parking passes and garage button. The airbnb was gorgeous, not beach front but the ocean can be seen from the balcony and the river is seen from the balcony. I arrived promptly at 4PM for check in and the cleaners were still working up to 10 minutes after check-in and the unfortunate part was the bathroom was left a tad dirty with hairs in the tub, even after a cleaner came back to finish cleaning some mirrors after we already settled in. I communicated this with the host and they offered to fix the issue immediately. The host was very responsive at all times. Its hard to say if i would stay here or not again but we did enjoy our vacation nonetheless”airbnb

“The house was nicely renovated and directly on the beach. The setting is quiet, beautiful, modern, and private. The house is all on one floor and the patio overlooking the ocean is convenient if you have grand parents who have mobility issues. The house did not have basic condiments or much in the way of toiletries so keep that in mind. There is no beach gear as well.”airbnb
