“Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely rent this condo again! It was spacious, the beds were comfortable, there were plenty of TVs, and the balcony view was beautiful. The property management team was fantastic—they quickly replaced broken blinds in the master bedroom, brought us sheet pans when we found the kitchen was missing them, and delivered a missing shower curtain right away. A few minor improvements would make this place even better: some rooms could use brighter lighting, the patio blinds and microwave should be replaced, the shower could use a few more holders for toiletries, and a couple of TV remotes needed programming. We also discovered the jacuzzi hadn’t been cleaned properly, but unfortunately didn’t notice until late in our stay. Overall, these were small issues, and we’d happily stay here again.”

“I really wish I could have given a 4.5 overall. I went with 5 because this place is great if you know what you’re getting. First, the good. The condo was in great shape. The beach was great. It’s on the no drive beach and it was less busy, and everyone in the building was kind. We had trouble when we checked in. No trash liners in any of the cans. No broom or anything to sweep, no laundry soap even though you’re supposed to wash their towels. They did quickly remedy these things. The negatives. This is a really poorly stocked condo. If you need anything, tin foil, spices, nonstick cooking spray, you won’t find it. Prepare to buy or bring everything including paper towels and toilet paper, you get whatever happens to be left on the roll when you arrive. Beds and pillows were terrible. Pillows didn’t even have real pillow cases, just shams. Appliances were old and the ice maker didn’t always work and the oven took an hour to heat up. Still had a great time.”

“We have stayed at The Sanibel many times over the last 12 years. We love the location, the views are beautiful and every unit we stayed in has been beautiful. This one was our favorite because its on the corner and you get oceanfront views plus the river view. This condo was gorgeous. The only thing that I would change is not as hard of a bed in the master. But that is also my preference and may not be evwryones. I purchased a memory foam pad and I was great the rest of the trip. They provided beach chairs and towels for us which was so nice. I will definitely bring my family back to this unit in the future. Thank you so much.”
