“Good price and location for an older condo and one of the few in this area that allows STR’s so we’ve stayed in this condo several times. My issue is the realty company did not post any of there rules on the airbnb site, after booking they send you a contract to sign with more fees, rules, and even a disclaimer that your place can be sold before you arrive and they don’t have to honor the booking! Just a ridiculous practice I only went through with because it was too late to book another place. Bottom line, no room is worth accepting a contract where they can revoke it at any time before you show up, stay somewhere else that doesn’t have this horrible policy in place.”

“Beautiful location. Could use higher chairs and table on the balcony so you don’t have an unobstructed view of the ocean. All was good!”

“Great location and love the beach at Ponce Inlet. The mattresses were not comfortable, however, we made due. Limited amount of hand soap, dishwasher detergent, etc. Overall, we had a good stay and would come back!”

“I really wish I could have given a 4.5 overall. I went with 5 because this place is great if you know what you’re getting. First, the good. The condo was in great shape. The beach was great. It’s on the no drive beach and it was less busy, and everyone in the building was kind. We had trouble when we checked in. No trash liners in any of the cans. No broom or anything to sweep, no laundry soap even though you’re supposed to wash their towels. They did quickly remedy these things. The negatives. This is a really poorly stocked condo. If you need anything, tin foil, spices, nonstick cooking spray, you won’t find it. Prepare to buy or bring everything including paper towels and toilet paper, you get whatever happens to be left on the roll when you arrive. Beds and pillows were terrible. Pillows didn’t even have real pillow cases, just shams. Appliances were old and the ice maker didn’t always work and the oven took an hour to heat up. Still had a great time.”
